2012 KSCA CONFERENCE
OPPORTUNITIES: GRAB SOME!
The members of the Kentucky School Counselor Association are looking forward to our annual conference in the spring. Again this year it will be in Lexington at the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort and Hotel. Exhibits can be set up for two and a half days on March 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2012. This is a flexible schedule subject to the amount of time that you want to spend with us. We hope that you and your company will consider coming to the KSCA conference to share your expertise with school counselors in our state. Elementary, middle school, and high school counselors will be in attendance. We plan to have a variety of exhibits available for them, as well as interest sessions and pre-conference workshops for all levels.
The application process for exhibiting this year is totally different. You will not be required to complete a paper application and send it to me with a check as in past years. The registration will be handled online. The steps for this process are attached to this letter on the second page. You may pay by credit card or send a check to me. The firm deadline for securing exhibit space is January 6, 2012.
You may still take advantage of our early-bird special by registering online by December 1, 2011. The table fees are the same as last year - $350.00 for non-profit groups and $375.00 for for-profit groups. Additional tables are $300.00.
The pre-conference workshops will begin on March 7th at 9:00 a.m. You may set up that morning beginning at 7:00 a.m. Your exhibit must be taken down by noon on March 9th. All exhibit space will be assigned and you will be notified of your table location beforehand.
